One-Year Warranty
Your Fertility Scope™ is warranted to the original consumer for one-year, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes the battery and excessive wear to the lens. Our obligation and options under this warranty are limited solely to repairing the Fertility Scope™ or replacing it with the same or similar device, provided the shipping and handling charge is included with the repair return.
It is important that the replacement battery has the same specifications as the original battery. Please note that incorrect battery replacement may damage your device. Such damage is not covered by warranty. For repairs outside of warranty, a charge will be assessed to estimate the cost of repair. Notification of such charges will be sent to your attention and your written approval to proceed, along with your check or money order to cover the repair charges will be required or the Fertility Scope™ will be returned to you unrepaired.
REPAIR RETURN PACKING & MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Include a letter with specific information about the problem with your device. List all items you would like to have repaired. Be sure to enclose your name, address and phone number along with a check or money order for $12.00 to cover shipping and handling.
2. Wrap your Fertility Scope™ well with packing material for protection against shock, and pack in a sturdy box with tape.
3. Ship via registered insured mail. Remember to insure the Fertility Scope™ for its full replacement value. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. All returns to the manufacturer for repairs should be addressed to:

Before returning for service be sure the problem is not due to battery exhaustion.
REPLACEMENT PARTS:
You may place an order for replacement parts. Send a letter listing all the parts you would like to order along with a check or money order for the order total plus $12.00 to cover shipping and handling. Be sure to enclose your name, address and phone number.

HOW TO REPLACE THE BATTERY:
1. Locate the silver battery cover at the bottom of the device.
2. Use a small coin to unscrew the battery cover.
3. Replace batteries (2), recover and tighten the battery cover.
